SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed before 12PM CET will be processed the same day and handed over to the courier from our warehouse facility located in Poland the next business day. Orders ship via DHL and take 2-5, 5-10 business days to arrive depending on customer location. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your order and destination country. You will receive an email with tracking information the day the order ships with the estimated delivery date. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at info@rawelementsusa.eu. within an hour of placing your order. We are sorry, but orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

THE RAW ELEMENTS GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If ever a product doesn't meet the standards of quality you expect from Raw Elements, we will gladly replace it or refund your money - whichever you prefer. The Raw Elements Guarantee applies to products purchased directly from www.rawelementsusa.eu. 

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with a product that you purchased directly from www.rawelementsusa.eu within the 30 days from purchase date, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

To process your return or exchange, please email us at info@rawelementsusa.eu with the following information:

• Reason for return

• Order #

• Preference of refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be accompanied with an #RMA obtained from a customer service rep at Raw Elements. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds or credits will be equivalent to price at time of purchase. Credit cards will be credited back to your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable unless we explicitly ask for the product to be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. Shipping cost cannot be returned. 

DAMAGED ITEMS OR MIS-SHIPMENTS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment, we would be happy to work with you to get replacement product shipped right out. Please email us immediately at info@rawelementsusa.eu with your name, email address, order # and phone #.

Albania, Cyprus, Israel, Switzerland: 17,50 EUR
